PRIVATE INVESTMENT ANALYST, full-time

Part Time Positions / Consulting Analyst Intern (Part Time; Semester by Semester)

GC3 provides internship opportunities to undergraduates, recent graduates, and MBA students throughout the year. Interns will gain hands-on experience and assist managers with strategic projects for clients within the technology and media industries. GC3 focuses on raising capital, generating turnarounds, and providing strategic and operational management consulting.

As a local consulting firm, GC3 offers interns the opportunity to make meaningful contributions early on and apply economic, marketing, and management theory to real client scenarios and problems. Each year GC3 places at least six interns in various capacities within the company. Interns perform a full range of functions - data analysis, solution brainstorming, presentation crafting - assignments that range from business plan development to emerging company transition. Candidates should be available to work an average of 10-20 hours per week. In addition, candidates should have a flexible schedule, and be able to work in-office, at the client-site (greater LA area), and at home.

40%	Mentoring and Teamwork sitting in on client meetings, working with the consulting team, organizing client presentation, analyzing market landscape
45%	Individual Project compiling market research, analysis, preparing presentation slides
15%	Clerical answering phones, filing, making copies, data entry

QUALIFICATIONS:
GC3 & Associates are looking for students who:

• Are working towards a BA/BS or MBA degree (Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Studies preferred) and have demonstrated academic excellence in above related coursework
• Have outstanding analytic abilities, and demonstrated success during previous employment experiences
• Are a motivated self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines, work independently and with a team
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, internet research, and of the technology or media industry (is preferred but not required)
• Are honest, trustworthy, and willing to learn

COMPENSATION:
Interns receive a modest stipend to cover transportation and travel costs. If required, GC3 will also assist with the necessary paperwork in order to file for academic credit at your University/College.
